Field Service Technician

About the role

Join a fast-growing service team supporting mission-critical cooling systems for data centers and advanced industrial environments. You’ll be hands-on with high-performance HVAC equipment, traveling to job sites, commissioning systems, and ensuring peak performance in the field. This is a high-impact, travel-intensive role with strong earning potential through overtime and travel.

Responsibilities

• Rework & Completion: Prepare and finalize units for field deployment, ensuring quality and readiness
• Start-Up & Commissioning: Perform electrical, mechanical, and controls verification (L2–L5)
• Field Service: Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair HVAC and cooling systems on-site
• Customer Support: Represent the company in the field with strong communication and professionalism
• Documentation: Complete service reports, track issues, and support continuous improvement

Requirements

• 3–7+ years of experience in HVAC, field service, or industrial/mechanical systems
• Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical, electrical, and controls systems
• Experience with commissioning/start-up is a plus
• Willingness to travel frequently (50–80%)
• Ability to work extended hours and overtime as needed
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills

• Based in: Texas (TX), Wisconsin (WI), Arizona (AZ)
• Primary project locations include: Abilene, TX; Amarillo, TX; Wisconsin (project-based); Mesa, AZ

Earn $110K+ with consistent overtime + travel

Schedule

Typical schedule: 2 weeks in the field / 1 week home (flexible based on projects)
