Field Service Technician

About the role

Our company's HQ are based in Miami, FL., but we work in multiple states. We are currently looking for skilled Field Service Technicians to work throughout Florida, and possibly Georgia and South Carolina on a need basis.

Responsibilities

• Possess minimum 5 years of verifiable construction experience
• Must have knowledge of MS Windows and MS Office (willing to train)
• Willing to travel and stay overnight on occasions
• Own tools
• Accurately read blueprints
• At least some supervisory experience
• Reliable transportation
• High attention to detail
• Work well independently and interdependently
• Clean driving record
• Clean background
• Ability to carry at least 50Lbs
• Ability to stand/move around for long periods of time
• Ability to climb ladders up to 30ft
• Basic electrical, basic carpentry, drywall install/repairs and skim, stucco and EIFS repair, painting, door install, closers, interior and exterior building repairs

Requirements

• One year experience as a helper either in the construction industry
• Clean background and driving record
• Work well independently and interdependently
• Take initiative, self-motivated
• Ability to carry at least 50Lbs
• Ability to stand/move around for long periods of time
• Ability to climb ladders up to 30ft
