About the role
The Field Service Technician is responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing window and door products within a regional territory.
Key Duties
- Perform service calls, repairs, adjustments, and part replacements
- Communicate effectively with customers
- Document service visits accurately
- Follow safety protocols and work standards
- Maintain organized tools and vehicles
- Ensure customer sites are left clean
- Manage parts inventory
- Develop product knowledge
Qualifications & Skills
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience in window/door service, construction, or related field
- Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills
- Able to work independently
- Proficiency with tools and mobile devices
- Excellent customer service
- Valid driver’s license
- Bilingual skills a plus
