Field Service Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform installations, repairs, and maintenance of custom windows and doors at client sites.
• Ensure the highest standards of technical service and support for made-to-order products.
• Provide on-site troubleshooting and problem resolution to meet client needs.
• Maintain detailed service records and report on job progress.
