Field Service Technician

Responsibilities
- Perform laptop and desktop installations, configurations, and refreshes
- Provide on-site technical support, ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues quickly and effectively
- Track and maintain inventory and service requests
- Collaborate with IT team members to resolve technical challenges
- Follow established processes and best practices
Requirements
- Experience in desktop support, installation, or field services
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Able to stay organized and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Self-starter who can work independently and stay proactive
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of networking and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with IT support tools and ticketing systems
- Certifications like CompTIA A+ or Network+

- Strong time management and adaptability
- Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to collaborate
- Solid documentation and communication abilities
- Awareness of basic cybersecurity best practices

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Oconomowoc, WI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
