Field Service Technician

About the role

At Strong Spas, we take pride in providing top-tier products and service. When the unexpected happens, our Field Service Technicians are there to deliver expert technical support, ensuring our spas are repaired and maintained to the highest standard.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair spa issues, including plumbing, electrical, filtration, and cabinet systems
• Perform scheduled service calls and occasional spa deliveries using a company vehicle
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation
• Communicate professionally with customers to explain repairs and timelines
• Travel all of Pennsylvania for service calls, including overnight trips to surrounding states such as New York, Connecticut, Maryland, and Massachusetts

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude and good troubleshooting skills
• Clean driving record (required)
• Able to work independently and manage time effectively
• Flexible schedule for travel as needed
• Experience with spa or pool repair is a plus, but not required—hands-on training provided
