About the role
Responsible for providing field service support to clients, including installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment.
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair client equipment as needed.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand and resolve issues promptly.
- Document all work performed and communicate status updates to supervisors.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
- Experience in a customer-facing service role preferred.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good physical stamina for on-site work.
