Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair equipment accurately and promptly in the field or on the customer’s site
- Identify and resolve issues efficiently and independently using troubleshooting skills
- Communicate clearly, respectfully, and in a timely manner with customers and management during the repair process
- Follow safety guidelines and procedures at all times
- Stay up-to-date with evolving technology through company and manufacturer-sponsored training
- Maintain a clean and organized field truck
Requirements
- Experience in diesel mechanics preferred (mechanical background or schooling in diesel mechanics)
- Effective communication abilities, both written and verbal
- Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Keen attention to detail
- Valid work authorization in the U.S. without company sponsorship
