Position Overview
Pacific Office Automation (POA) is seeking an Entry-Level Field Service Technician to join our service team in the Honolulu area. This is a field-based position supporting customers throughout Honolulu and surrounding communities. Paid training is provided, no prior technician experience required!
What You’ll Do
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain office equipment such as copiers, printers, and multifunction devices
- Provide high-quality technical support to customers in the field
- Communicate clearly with customers to ensure a positive service experience
- Diagnose and resolve unique technical issues
- Manage your time, daily service calls, and assigned territory efficiently
What We’re Looking For
- Mechanical and electrical aptitude
- Experience with Canon, Ricoh, HP, Xerox, or similar equipment (a plus)
- Strong computer skills (a plus)
- A problem-solver who enjoys hands-on work and customer interaction
