Essential Functions
- Perform Long term maintenance and service calls on Mobile Offices at customer sites
- General repairs to mobile office units using carpentry and other skills relevant to the task
- Install/remove counter tops, plan tables and movable partition system
- Perform electrical troubleshooting in mobile/modular units
- Perform basic plumbing repairs in mobile and modular units
- Install security items such as deadbolts, latch guards, and security bars
- General cleaning of interior and exterior of mobile and modular units
- Complete daily tasks as assigned by the Operations Manager
- Able to identify flaws in operational workflow and suggest improvements
- Maintain accurate materials inventory
Required Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma; equivalent experience may be considered
- Experience: 2+ years verifiable experience working as a Carpenter, Foreman, or Field/Customer Service representative with limited to no supervision
- Working knowledge of mechanical electric control systems, HVAC Certification is a plus
- Strong customer service skills
- Above average knowledge of electrical and or mechanical systems
- General knowledge of power tools and techniques for care and safe use
- Plumbing and electrical troubleshooting and repair
- Provide an acceptable driver’s abstract and maintain a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record per Pacific Mobile standards
- Forklift certification preferred

Working Conditions / Physical Requirements
- Climbing up and down on ladders and equipment
- Working on concrete floors and uneven surfaces for extended periods
- Lifting 50 pounds and carrying a minimum of 25 pounds for up to 250 feet unassisted
- Working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Working more than 40 hours per work week and up to 12 hours per day
- Tools / Technology Used: Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Hand tools, Power tools

Pay rate: $30 to $33-Hr DOE
