About the role

Nikkiso Integrated Cryogenic Solutions (ICS) is a division of Nikkiso Cryogenics Industries, a global manufacturer of cryogenic equipment and products for liquid oxygen, nitrogen, hydrogen, and natural gas applications. Nikkiso (ICS) is seeking a Field Service Maintenance Technician to join a team of Field Service Technicians/Maintenance Mechanics who will be assigned to various stations across the United States.

Responsibilities

• Maintain strong customer relations through predictive and preventive maintenance and emergency repairs.
• Communicate with others to ensure that maintenance and repairs meet business needs.
• Maintain hands-on knowledge of equipment operation to identify maintenance needs.
• Ensure safe use of equipment in the workplace.
• Identify diagnoses and/or repairs equipment problems.
• Support the installation, customization, or upgrading of equipment.
• Maintain equipment tools and workstations.
• Maintain a safe and productive work area.

Qualifications

• A demonstrated ability to diagnose and repair mechanical equipment.
• A commitment to working safely with high-pressure gases and electrical components.
• A self-starter with a can-do attitude and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Acceptable/insurable driving record.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Legal authorization to work permanently in the U.S. without requiring visa transfer or sponsorship.
• Willing to travel up to 60% of the year.
