Required Skills & Experience
- 2 years of field dispatch repair and hands-on hardware experience (printer, laptop, desktop, server, and network).
- Excellent admin and organizational skills.
- Excellent technical troubleshooting and customer service skills.
- Reliable transportation and clean driving record required (This is a driving position - reimbursed accordingly)
- Active driver's license.
- CompTIA A+
What You Will Be Doing
- Travel to each client’s location to maintain, analyze, troubleshoot, and repair desktops, laptops, servers, and printers.
- Works under general supervision.
- Maintain good customer focus, meeting deadlines and service level agreements (SLA’s).
- Local travel required for daily dispatch.
