Our client is a multibillion-dollar company that provides end-to-end managed services, technology, and consulting to enable the digital workplace for small to enterprise businesses. This is a 2-month contract position in Tallahassee, FL 32313. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis now and in the future.

Responsibilities
- Diagnoses and performs service, repair, and/or installation of computer products including system hardware, software, MFD printers, wide format printers, PCs, laptops, POS, single and multi-processor servers, and wired/wireless networking.
- Performs account management and maintenance for various applications and systems.
- Implements basic cable management: organizing cables using trays, raceways, or ties to prevent damage and improve airflow.
- Provides technical assistance to customers while onsite.
- Performs routine maintenance on laser and wide format printers to ensure optimal performance and prevent breakdowns.
- Responsible for personal quality of workmanship and taking all necessary precautions to prevent customer service disruptions.
- Maintains accurate records of service activities, including repairs, maintenance, and customer interactions.
- Maintains OEM certifications as assigned and required.
Requirements
- 1+ year of field dispatch repair and hands-on hardware experience (printers, PCs, POS, etc.), break-fix, use of power tools (e.g., drills), and familiarity with ticketing systems.
- Knowledge of computer hardware, software, printers, networking, cable management/installation, and common restaurant technologies.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and technical ability.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize issues, and maintain accurate records.
- Willing to utilize a ladder (10 ft. reach).
- Able to lift 50 lbs.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences.
