About the role

Join our growing team as a Field Service Technician. You'll lead field repairs and testing, ensuring all work meets ASME Code and NBIC standards. Your responsibilities include disassembling, cleaning, and repairing valves, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, and documenting processes with photos and detailed reports.

Responsibilities

  • Lead field repairs and testing, ensuring all work meets ASME Code and NBIC standards.
  • Handle rigging, scaffolding, welding, and more as needed.
  • Identify and maintain the tools and equipment needed for operations. Suggest improvements for safety and efficiency.
  • Disassemble, clean, and repair valves, documenting the entire process with photos and detailed reports.
  • Perform cause analysis and determine the best repair approach.
  • Maintain a clean, organized work environment, following 5S principles and safety regulations.
  • Accurately complete all required reports, from work orders to safety checks, in real time.

Requirements

  • Experience: Mechanical-related degree or equivalent hands-on experience with a strong mechanical aptitude.
  • Travel: Ability to frequently travel to client sites including up to 50% overnight travel.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work off-hours, weekends, and overtime when needed.
  • Team Player: Collaborative, positive attitude and strong communication skills.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with Microsoft 365 and other business applications.
  • Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, operate warehouse equipment, and work in physically demanding conditions.

Qualifications

  • Must be currently authorized to work in the United States.

Skills

  • Strong mechanical aptitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and other business applications.
  • Physical stamina and ability to work in physically demanding conditions.

Pay

The starting pay for this position will be between $20 and $36 per hour, depending on experience.
