Responsibilities
- Field Service Operations: Lead field repairs and testing, ensuring all work meets ASME Code and NBIC standards. Handle rigging, scaffolding, welding, and more as needed.
- Tool & Equipment Management: Identify and maintain the tools and equipment needed for operations. Suggest improvements for safety and efficiency.
- Valve Repair & Maintenance: Disassemble, clean, and repair valves, documenting the entire process with photos and detailed reports. Perform cause analysis and determine the best repair approach.
- Safety & Organization: Maintain a clean, organized work environment, following 5S principles and safety regulations.
- Documentation: Accurately complete all required reports, from work orders to safety checks, in real time.
Requirements
- Experience: Mechanical-related degree or equivalent hands-on experience with a strong mechanical aptitude.
- Travel: Ability to frequently travel to client sites including up to 50% overnight travel
- Flexibility: Ability to work off-hours, weekends, and overtime when needed.
- Team Player: Collaborative, positive attitude and strong communication skills.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with Microsoft 365 and other business applications.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, operate warehouse equipment, and work in physically demanding conditions.

Pay
The starting pay for this position will be between $20 and $36 per hour, depending on experience.
