Job Description

What will your day as an Robotics Service Engineer within stow Robotics look like?

• Performs all the necessary tests, repairs, and maintenance of the technical installations at customer sites (this can be done national and/or international).
• Provides telephone support to end users and integrators in a limited 24/7 time schedule in a rotating schedule.
• Configures and live tests PLC software (Beckhoff).
• Trains end users and integrators, at customer site and at Movu Robotics.
• Assists the Commissioning team during installations.
• Detects commercial service opportunities at current clients.
• Travelling across US will be part of the schedule, with a few overnights a week.
• Projects across the country don't scare you off.

Qualifications

• You have a bachelor's degree in electromechanics or equivalent through experience.
• You’re willing and able to travel to project sites across the USA and Canada consistently; your travel percentage averages 90%.
• Projects abroad do not scare you off.
• You have computer skills: MS Office + Teams.
• You are sociable, eager to learn, driven and cheerful.
• You are not afraid of heights.
