About the role
Responsible for providing field service support to customers across various locations. Duties include troubleshooting equipment issues, performing installations, and maintaining customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to equipment and systems
- Perform installations and repairs as needed
- Maintain positive customer relationships through effective communication and problem-solving
- Follow company policies and procedures for safety and quality assurance
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience in a technical support role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
