About the role

Responsible for providing field service support to customers across various locations. Duties include troubleshooting equipment issues, performing installations, and maintaining customer relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to equipment and systems
  • Perform installations and repairs as needed
  • Maintain positive customer relationships through effective communication and problem-solving
  • Follow company policies and procedures for safety and quality assurance

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license and good driving record
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience in a technical support role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
