Field Service Technician

Key Areas of Responsibilities
- Maintain and properly document inventory and required paperwork.
- Unboxing and setting up new machines.
- Update settings on Machines.
- Calibrate machines based on guidelines.
- Assist with machine installations as needed.
- Deliver parts or components to service technicians in the field.
- Complete assigned training and certifications.
- May lift, push, pull up to 50lbs occasionally.
- Act as a back-up to the warehouse team as needed.
- Adhere to MSI Metro Sales, Inc.’s service policies and procedures.
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
- HS diploma, GED or equivalent.
- Because we provide a company vehicle, we require a Clean driving record and Valid Drivers License.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability and willingness to attain CompTia A+ and NET+ certifications.
- Local candidates preferred.
- Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

- Electro-mechanical troubleshooting experience.

Base Pay
$18 - $20 an hour + individual performance bonus and additional incentives
