About the role
Responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to clients.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve client issues related to hardware and software.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks to keep equipment running smoothly.
- Document all service calls and provide regular reports to management.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of relevant field service experience.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Skills
- Basic networking and troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge of common IT hardware and software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
