The Field Service Technician (Rotating Equipment & Precision Millwrighting) at IPS is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial rotating equipment. They lead on-site diagnostics, precision repairs, and overhauls, ensuring equipment runs efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities include installing and removing AC/DC motors and coupled equipment, performing laser alignments, setting critical air gaps and mechanical seals, using precision measuring tools, replacing bearings, gearboxes, and torque critical components, conducting diagnostic tests, and adhering to safety standards.

To qualify, candidates should have 2+ years of hands-on experience with AC/DC motors, gearboxes, pumps, or similar rotating industrial equipment.
