Responsibilities
- Install, demonstrate, maintain and repair marking, coding and labeling equipment
- Develop reports in keeping with company reporting mechanisms
- Attend trainings and meetings as required by leadership
- Assist in office-based duties when not required to be in the field
- Keep current on trends from both market and technical perspectives
Requirements
- Experience in the repair and troubleshooting of electro-mechanical equipment
- Ability to identify customer needs and match solutions with company products/services
- Knowledge of industry and applications
- PMMI certification: company provided
- Computer literacy, especially MS Office. Syteline a plus
- Ability to be on the road 60% of the time; including overnight trips
- Dependable vehicle and good driving record; Real ID or Passport are required for travel
- Able to conduct business in an ethical, successful manner
- Strong technical, communication and organizational skills
- Self-motivated with desire to achieve personal professional growth
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Ability to pass a background check

- Technical knowledge of labeling, coding, and marking equipment
- MS Office proficiency

Pay
Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience. Placement within our salary range is determined based upon years of directly relatable experience for your position. These components, along with local and national compensation survey data, contribute to deciding a candidate's potential starting rate of pay.
Schedule
Field Service Technicians typically work 60% of the time in the field, including overnight trips. The remaining time is spent in the office performing administrative tasks.
