Field Service Technician
Hall’s Culligan in Cleveland is searching for a Field Service Technician. This position is ideal for someone with mechanical aptitude looking to train for a lifelong career in water treatment services.

As a Service Technician, you’ll ensure the proper installation and service of our products and systems for both commercial and residential customers. This role requires technical expertise, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
Responsibilities
- Install and service water treatment products and systems at customer locations.
- Test and troubleshoot equipment to ensure proper functionality.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols.
- Interact with customers professionally and courteously, explaining installation processes and answering questions.
- Provide technical support during and after installations, diagnosing and resolving issues promptly.
- Train customers on the proper use and maintenance of installed products.
- Provide basic technical guidance to customers and assist in training coworkers.
- Maintain accurate records of installations, troubleshooting steps, and documentation, including photos.
- Operate service vehicles safely, adhering to driver policies and completing required vehicle inspections and maintenance.
- Load, unload, and secure service vehicles as required.
Work Environment
Service Technicians travel to customer locations, working in various environments, including indoor and outdoor spaces, homes with pets, and tight spaces like crawl spaces. The role is physically demanding, requiring standing, kneeling, bending, crawling, and lifting heavy equipment up to 100 lbs regularly.

- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot systems following training.

- Attention to detail for managing customer information and paperwork.
- Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and commit to ongoing learning.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and basic power tools.
- Valid Driver’s License and ability to pass a driving record check to operate a company vehicle.
- Must be at least 18 years old and able to pass criminal background and drug screening checks.
- Physically capable of performing the duties required, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Qualifications
- Highly customer-oriented with strong time management and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable following SOPs and working independently.
