Field Service Technician

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnostics and repair of forklifts and material handling equipment
• Performed planned maintenance, safety inspections, and emergency repairs
• Troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and electronic systems
• Communicating clearly with customers regarding repairs, recommendations, and equipment status
• Completing service reports and documentation accurately and on time
• Maintaining service vehicle, tools, and inventory in a professional manner
• Following all safety policies and procedures

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience repairing forklifts or heavy equipment preferred
• Experience working with multiple brands of forklifts preferred
• Strong mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic troubleshooting skills
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying environments
