Field Service Technician
What's the Job?
- Replace toner and maintenance kits to ensure optimal printer performance
- Perform first-level diagnosis and troubleshooting of printer hardware issues
- Address paper jams and other minor printer issues (excluding customer paper replacement)
- Install spare units as necessary to meet SLA requirements
- Build positive relationships with customers, coworkers, and vendors to foster a collaborative work environment
What's Needed?
- Previous experience in a customer support or technical support role
- Excellent documentation and organizational skills
- Mechanical aptitude with an IT background
- Positive attitude with a desire to assist and resolve issues effectively
- Effective communication skills and active listening abilities
