About the role
Responsible for providing field service support to customers in Northern Indiana. Duties include installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment.
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair customer equipment
- Respond to customer requests within established response times
- Document work performed and communicate status to supervisors
- Participate in training programs to enhance skills
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record
- Experience in a similar field preferred
Qualifications

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical ability to perform tasks in various weather conditions
