Field Service Technician
Responsibilities
- Gains familiarity with Field Service Technician practices and procedures.
- Performs incident handling: troubleshoots hardware and software failures using diagnostic tools, performs hardware repairs on a component level, cleans and adjusts mechanical components, configures and installs applicable software.
- Performs preventive maintenance: conducts routine checks according to documented procedures, refills consumables as directed.
- Installs, moves, adds, changes and removes hardware and software products (IMAC/R).
- Trains customers on usage and operation of installed hardware and software.
- Participates in regular hardware and software trainings (on the job, classroom and web based).
- Assists with special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in Field Services.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Driver's license and driving record that satisfies DN's fleet requirements.
Pay
The annual base salary range for this position is $22 to $25/HR. Actual compensation will depend on factors such as qualifications, skills, competencies, geographic location, and relevant experience.
Schedule
Details of any additional components beyond base salary, such as incentive opportunities or other forms of variable compensation, will be discussed during the interview process and will be governed by the applicable plan documents.
