Field Service Technician
Our employee relationship managers support you throughout your engagement, providing career guidance and reemployment assistance. This position is onsite in Denver, CO, providing end-user support with a focus on break-fix, IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change), and project work for a wide range of IT equipment. Candidates with hands-on experience supporting Lexmark, Client, Fujifilm, and large format/plotter printers are strongly preferred. A valid driver’s license, clean MVR, and reliable vehicle are required.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair printers (Lexmark, Client, Fujifilm, and large format/plotters), laptops, desktops, POS systems, servers, restaurant IT hardware, and network equipment
- Support multiple customer accounts while meeting service expectations
- Meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs), including 4–6-hour response requirements
- Accurately document work performed, parts used, and time entries
- Participate in an on-call (OC) rotation to support after-hours customer needs
Requirements
- Minimum 1 to 3+ years of field service or IT support experience preferred
- Strong hardware break-fix and repair experience
- Experience supporting laser printers, POS systems, PCs, and network devices
- Experience supporting Fujifilm and large format/plotter printers is a strong plus
- Familiarity with ticketing and dispatch systems
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills
- Experience working independently in a customer-facing environment
- Valid driver’s license, clean MVR, and reliable vehicle
Qualifications
- CompTIA A+ certification preferred but not required
- Lexmark certifications and printer repair experience are strongly preferred
- Experience with Client, Dell, Lenovo equipment is a plus
- Training provided for candidates with strong technical aptitude and customer service skills
Pay
The rate for this position is between $15.75 - $21.00 per hour, unless local minimum wage is higher. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
