Field Service Technician

About the role

Burner Design and Control (BDC) service technicians provide service across a wide variety of industries. The position requires mechanical and electrical experience, technical knowledge, good communication skills, and a strong team mentality.

Responsibilities

• Provide service for gas fired combustion and process heating equipment
• Complete a full set of procedures and tasks before beginning new ones
• Work within established systems, standards, and procedures
• Communicate based on job knowledge and expertise
• Make decisions within a clearly defined job scope based on defined policies and procedures
• Collaborate with management and peers
• Delegating tasks to others when appropriate, using training, coaching, and on-the-job experience
