Responsibilities

• Regularly monitor the status of printers using the cloud system
• Diagnose and repair issues on-site to restore printer functionality
• Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure printers remain operational
• Document work orders and generate detailed performance reports
• Manage on-site inventory and order parts as necessary

Requirements

• Strong background and experience with industrial/commercial printing equipment, specifically Domino-AX printers
• 4-6 years of technical experience or military equivalent
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Industrial equipment maintenance experience
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Able to work independently
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Willingness to complete technical training
• Valid driver's license
