Key Responsibilities
- Install and service public safety enforcement systems including cameras, brackets, solar panels, and wiring harnesses.
- Perform on-site repairs, preventive maintenance, and emergency troubleshooting.
- Use test equipment, hand tools, and schematics to diagnose and correct system malfunctions.
- Assemble wiring and electrical components following prints, specifications, and safety standards.
- Maintain accurate inventory of parts, tools, and equipment.
- Support in-house teams by assisting with assembly and field prep activities.
- Ensure work is performed safely and in compliance with ISO and safety standards.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, engineers, and occasionally with customers.
- Complete documentation and reports related to service visits and repairs.
- Follow all company policies related to safety, data handling, and field protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or trade certification preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in electronics, mechanical assembly, or field service.
- Valid U.S. driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Bilingual preferred
- Comfortable using small hand tools, power tools, ladders, and testing equipment.
- Experience with basic networking and hardware configuration is a plus.
- Soldering experience preferred.

Reporting Relationships
This role reports directly to the Director of Field Services and collaborates with engineering, technical support, and customer service teams.
Pay
$52,000 - $62,000 annually
