Field Service Technician

About the role

Responsible for providing field-based technical support and maintenance services to clients.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve client equipment issues in a timely manner.
• Maintain and upgrade client equipment according to manufacturer specifications.
• Provide training and support to clients on product usage and troubleshooting.
• Travel to client sites as needed to perform service tasks.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• At least 2 years of related work experience in a technical support role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel to various locations within the region.
