About the role
Responsible for providing field-based technical support and maintenance services to clients.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve client equipment issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain and upgrade client equipment according to manufacturer specifications.
- Provide training and support to clients on product usage and troubleshooting.
- Travel to client sites as needed to perform service tasks.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
- At least 2 years of related work experience in a technical support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel to various locations within the region.
