Field Service Technician
About the role
Atlantic Bingo Supply is a leader in the multi-billion-dollar charitable gaming industry. We distribute a wide array of products including consumables (pull tab tickets, bingo paper and ink, etc.) as well as state-of-the-art, electronic gaming products. Our products are sold, installed, and operated in numerous social and gaming venues. As a Field Service Technician, you will maintain and service electronic Bingo equipment including handheld electronic gaming units, ensure 100% customer satisfaction, and assist other Field Service Technicians as necessary. You will service customers in MD, VA, WV, PA, DE and NJ.
Your typical day will begin mid-morning and end in the early evening hours. However, you must have the flexibility to work outside of these hours.
Responsibilities
- Repair and maintenance of electronic gaming devices and other Bingo equipment
- Equipment installation, light mechanical refurbishing, and maintaining preventative maintenance schedules
- Customer service
- Assisting in tech sales as needed
Requirements
- High school diploma / GED equivalent
- Basic electronics, PC knowledge, and networking knowledge
- Microsoft applications and Windows knowledge
- Must obtain a Maryland Lottery Tech License
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
Skills
- Self-motivated and self-sufficient
- Able to follow directions
- Able to work into the early evening hours and weekends as needed
- Must be open to driving distances and periodic overnight stays in the Mid-Atlantic area
