Position Summary

As a Field Service Technician, you will maintain and service electronic Bingo equipment including handheld electronic gaming units, resolve technical issues, ensure 100% customer satisfaction, and assist other Field Service Technicians as necessary. You will service customers in Kentucky and Indiana. Your typical day will begin mid-morning and end in the early evening hours. However, you must have the flexibility to work outside of these hours.

Requirements

High school diploma / GED equivalent
Basic electronics, PC knowledge, and networking knowledge
Microsoft applications and Windows knowledge
Ability to lift up to 50lbs
Self-motivated, self-sufficient, and able to follow directions
Able to work into the early evening hours and weekends as needed
Open to driving distances and periodic overnight stays
