Field Service Technician

The crucial link to the customer. We are looking for a Service Technician/Service Administrator with technical understanding and a can-do attitude – you always tackle problems with solutions. As part of a strong team across the USA, you will help ensure we provide excellent service to our customers.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out preventive maintenance and reactive repairs on-site on car park management systems and ticket machines in accordance with established standards
• Identifying and resolving basic technical issues
• Installing new equipment or upgrading existing equipment
• Behaving professionally at all times and representing the company in a positive light
• Preparing documentation in a timely manner and in accordance with agreed company standards
• Independently manage a spare parts warehouse
• Comply with on-site health and safety regulations

Requirements

• Technical/electrical engineering background with relevant qualifications
• Experience in field work, customer service and/or as a service technician
• Willingness to travel for several days at a time
• Good understanding of technical products and how they work
• Good general IT skills
• Class B driving licence essential
