About the role
As a Field Service Technician at ACP and Verticomm, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our clients' office technology equipment operates smoothly. Your responsibilities include responding to service calls, diagnosing problems, performing repairs, and conducting routine maintenance.Responsibilities
- Respond to service calls for office technology equipment
- Diagnose and repair copiers and printers
- Inspect machines and perform routine and preventative maintenance
- Replace parts nearing expiration
- Communicate repair status to clients
- Order necessary parts and schedule return visits
- Maintain accurate car stock and inventory count
Requirements
- Strong customer service skills
- Training in automotive repair, computer repair, or aviation, or relevant experience
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office programs
- Clean driving record with no DUI convictions or reckless driving infractions in the past 5 years
- Willingness to undergo a criminal background check
- Clean cut appearance; no offensive or excessive tattoos
- Parking available to take a company vehicle home daily
