Responsibilities

  • Tech-Savvy Tasks: Install, upgrade, and perform procedures on gaming equipment.
  • Maintenance Master: Perform preventative and general maintenance on AGS casino products.
  • Report Wizard: Complete paperwork and reports like a pro.
  • Report Wizard: Provide “best-in-the-business” service to our customers.
  • Troubleshooting Superstar: Fix service incidents quickly and efficiently.
  • Inventory Hero: Keep track of necessary parts and inventory.
  • On-Call Rotation: Be part of a weekly on-call rotation.
  • Safety First: Follow all safety protocols.

Requirements

  • Education: High School diploma or GED.
  • Licenses: Valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance.
  • Tech Skills: Basic knowledge of AC/DC electronics and computer networking.
  • Experience: Knowledge in electronics/computer networking (gaming experience is a plus).
  • Tools of the Trade: Basic computer skills and a good understanding of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Flexibility: Sometimes changing schedule, working mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Compliance: Ability to get licensed through Nevada Gaming Control Board (NGCB) and/or other gaming jurisdictions in which we operate.

Qualifications

  • Education: High School diploma or GED.

Pay

The projected starting salary range is $21.50 - $31.50 per hour for a Field Service Technician I or II. We adhere to all local pay regulations and requirements.

Schedule

Some flexibility in schedules is expected, with some on-call rotations.
