Responsibilities

• Tech-Savvy Tasks: Installing, upgrading, and performing procedures on gaming equipment.
• Maintenance Master: Performing preventative and general maintenance on AGS casino products.
• Report Wizard: Completing paperwork and reports like a pro—timely, detailed, and accurate.
• Customer Service Champion: Providing “best-in-the-business” service to our customers.
• Troubleshooting Superstar: Fixing service incidents quickly and efficiently and escalating issues when needed.
• Inventory Hero: Keeping track of necessary parts and inventory.
• On-Call Rotation: Being part of a weekly on-call rotation.
• Safety First: Following all safety protocols and keeping cool even when troubleshooting in high-energy environments.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED.
• A valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
• Basic knowledge of AC/DC electronics and computer networking.
• Knowledge in electronics/computer networking (bonus for gaming experience).
• Basic computer skills and understanding of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Qualifications

• Flexibility to work various shifts including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally push/pull up to 200 pounds.
• Ability to work in various work environments, including non-climate-controlled conditions.

Skills

• Problem-solving skills.
• Basic electronics and computer networking knowledge.
