Essential Functions/Responsibilities of the Position
- Master installation and maintenance of R.J. Watson products.
- Rapidly adapt to evolving priorities and environments.
- Develop strong relationships with customers.
- Uphold the company's professional image during client interactions.
- Cookordinate effectively with various stakeholders to arrange field service appointments.
- Manage travel logistics, including flights, car rentals, and accommodations.
- Travel frequently, up to 60% of the time, often on short notice.
- Work unconventional hours, as contractors often operate overnight.
- Adjust plans in response to weather conditions, maintaining clear communication with clients.
- Complete detailed field reports with photographs within 1-3 days post-service.
Position Qualifications
- EDUCATION: High school diploma or equivalent required. Two-year technical degree preferred.
- EXPERIENCE (Years): Entry Level
- SKILLS: Time management. Basic Microsoft Office. Leadership and directive abilities. Problem-solving and critical thinking. Basic hand tools proficiency. Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
Pay Information
The approximate pay range for this position is $60,000–$70,000 annually. Please note that the pay range is a good faith estimate at the time of posting and may vary based on factors such as experience, skills, and geographic location.
