Position Basics
- Technicians are in the field 40hrs/week, in bars, restaurants, gas stations, truck stops, etc.
- Multiple Service Positions Available across all areas of Illinois
- Rates range from $18-$30/hour, dependent on related work experience & proficiency
- Will train inexperienced candidates
- Additional shift differential for weekends and 2nd/3rd shifts
- Hiring for weekends, second and third shift
- Shift starts from home

Qualifications
- Great Customer Service
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Terminal Handler's License - costs covered by company
- Relevant experience preferred but not required – ATM, amusement, gaming or other electronic / mechanical aptitude (examples – HVAC, low voltage, cable, phone, internet, automotive)
- Ability to communicate effectively & follow written or verbal instruction
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, analytical skills
- Computer literacy helpful but not required
- Valid driver’s license
- Minimum of 21 years of age
- Frequently required to lift/push weights up to 50 pounds
Duties And Responsibilities
- Respond to and troubleshoot service calls for equipment repairs in a timely manner
- Interact with clerks, restaurant staff, management, and customers to solve issues as they arise
- Provide exemplary customer service
- Manage inventory to ensure parts are available when repairs are needed
- Complete all necessary documentation for device entry and logs
- Perform auditing procedures on slot machines, amusement devices, dispensers, and ATMs
Base Pay Range
The base salary for this position ranges from $18.00 - $30.00 based on experience. The base salary will depend on a number of factors such as: qualifications, experience level, and skillset.
