Scope of Work
- Assists the Project and Service Managers with assessing priority and scheduling of work activities and timely delivery of equipment
- Mets with clients to discuss concerns or issues with the performance of the system
- Utilizes diagnostic tools to assess the performance of various components of various systems
- Identifies problems and potential problems, applies solutions and engages in troubleshooting efforts until a solution is found
- Upgrades and modifies existing installations to improve the performance or stability of the system
- Performs routine and preventative maintenance to catch issues before they become a problem for the end user
- Programs and configures commercial electronic security systems including door access control, CCTV, intrusion detection, low voltage communication, signaling devices, etc.
- Reviews all work to ensure the systems are functioning properly and satisfy local code requirements
Requirements
- Ability to be on-call on a rotational basis
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the low-voltage security industry
- Possesses the ability to develop and present information to team members and clients
- Possesses advanced troubleshooting skills and mechanical aptitude
- Must be detail-oriented and highly organized
- Delivers product training to end-users
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, and Teams)
- Overnight travel may be required on an as-need basis
- Must be able to work in various environmental conditions
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
- Must be able to work in confined spaces and on ladders and lifts at various heights
- Must possess a valid PA driver’s license
- Must be able to pass a drug and alcohol test

Pay
Pay range: $23.01 to $28.00 per hour
