Essential Job Functions
- Field Service & Technical Operations
- Performs pneumatic pipe installation as assigned
- Completes maintenance, repair, and/or service work for all assigned jobs within assigned area(s) of expertise
- Troubleshoots technical problems and identifies and implements effective solutions
- Maintains comprehensive knowledge of available products, offerings, and services
- Identifies and recommends products and/or value-added services to customers to support their needs and maximize the Exotic Advantage
- Completes required documentation accurately and generates reports in a timely manner
- Covers routine vehicle maintenance including weekly washes and nightly interior cleanliness
- Coordinates all vehicle maintenance work with the Facilities department
- Schedules and inspects assigned vehicle per DOT requirements (where applicable)
Supplemental Job Functions
- Performs other duties as assigned or requested
Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Previous work experience (industrial sales environment preferred)
- Valid chauffer’s license
- Previous experience working on a computer—MS Office and POS/Business System preferred
