Field Service Technician, AgRev - Lanesville

About the role

We are seeking a Field Service Technician to join our dynamic team in Lanesville, IN. This position plays a crucial role in maintaining and repairing agricultural equipment, ensuring that our customers' operations run smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs to equipment at customer and company locations
• Install new equipment and component parts
• Confer with customers or supervisors as needed
• Write service reports at jobsite
• Keep accurate time on jobs and turn in cards promptly
• Own, update, and maintain hand tools necessary for the job
• Recommend improvements to departmental procedures and support continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License
• Experience with agriculture, construction, off-road, or heavy equipment
• Experience using test equipment and tools for diagnostics
• Computer proficiency, including spreadsheets and word processing software

Schedule
