Field Service Technician, AgRev - Harrisburg
About the role
We are seeking a Field Service Technician to join our dynamic team at AgRevolution in Mayfield, KY. This position plays a crucial role in maintaining and repairing agricultural equipment, ensuring that our customers can continue to farm efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Perform repairs to equipment at customer and company locations
- Install new equipment and component parts
- Confer with customers or supervisors as needed
- Write service reports at jobsites
- Keep accurate time on jobs and turn in cards in a timely manner
- Ensure accuracy of work orders by charging parts and labor to proper work order segments
- Recommend improvements to departmental operations and support continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Experience performing troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs to agriculture, construction, off-road, or heavy equipment
- Experience using test equipment and tools to analyze, evaluate, locate, and repair problems
- Experience with computers, spreadsheets, and word processing programs
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License in compliance with Company and DOT regulations
- Ability to operate a company service truck
- Knowledge of safety protocols and emergency response procedures

Pay
$30-$48.50 per hour, based on experience
Schedule
Position requires availability for overtime work and overnight travel to jobsites, with a 24-hour, seven-days-a-week availability schedule.
