Responsibilities
- Install, inspect, modify, test, and troubleshoot air pollution control products and equipment such as wet & dry ESP’s, fabric filters, scrubbers, etc.
- Provide assistance to customers in choosing appropriate B&W products for performance improvement when applicable.
- Perform field service operations that may involve testing and verifying equipment and addressing unusual problems requiring strong technical skills.
- Write detailed reports of problems encountered, tests performed, and work completed.
- Aid in planning and coordinating team efforts.
- Support Sales efforts, including assisting in presentations when needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field or 4 to 6 years of experience in an industrial setting.
- Solid electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Spanish language proficiency a plus.
Qualifications
- Ability to work independently to accomplish tasks and effectively manage time to coordinate multiple jobs.
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment, applying own knowledge and experience to resolve problems.
- Adaptable to a changing work environment and able to cope with delays or unexpected events.

- Technical skills in air pollution control products and equipment.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work in diverse and sometimes challenging environments.
