POSITION SUMMARY

Corporate Technologies is seeking a Field Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage and maintain customers' servers, computers, networks & infrastructure, troubleshoot issues, and assist with daily computer and networking needs.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide on-site technical support to contract clients.
  • Respond to escalated technical issues and resolve them in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, and provide solutions to clients.
  • Document all issues, resolutions, and client interactions in the ticketing system.
  • Communicate effectively with the team to ensure the client's needs are met.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktop and laptop PCs and peripherals such as printers.
  • Participate in on-call rotation after-hours or critical support events.
  • Install and configure application and operating system software and upgrades.
  • Remove old equipment and perform data migration to new machines.
  • Support general server support.
  • Support MS Exchange, Office 365, and Active Directory administration.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Education and Experience: Managed Services experience, 5+ years' experience in IT related field.
  • Preferred Education and Experience: Experience with Python and API's, any vendor certifications, Cloud platform experience (Azure preferred).

Work Location

Coconut Grove, FL (Surrounding Area). This is an onsite position.

Compensation Details

Salary range is $30.00 per hour - $35.00 per hour.
