About the role
EnerStar Solutions is hiring a Field Service Supervisor in Trout Run, PA to lead field operations, manage crews, and ensure safe, efficient job site execution across worksite services including housing, logistics, and communications.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily field operations and supervise technicians across active job sites
- Ensure safety compliance, DOT adherence, and proper PPE usage
- Interface directly with clients to maintain service quality and satisfaction
- Support installations, maintenance, and field logistics as needed
- Partner with District Manager to drive productivity and operational success
- Verify job tickets, reporting, and field documentation
Requirements
- 2+ years field or oilfield service experience
- Experience leading crews or acting as a lead technician
- Working knowledge of DOT regulations
- Strong communication and customer‑facing skills
- Clean driving record
