Field Service Supervisor, Midland TX

About the role

We are hiring full-time team members to support field operations, including torque turn graph interpretation, thread inspections, and laser tally pipe measurements. This role includes a rotating 24-hour on-call schedule and requires strict adherence to company QHSE policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Support field operations with tasks such as torque turn graph interpretation, thread inspections, and laser tally pipe measurements.
• Work on a 24/7 rotating schedule, including a rotating 24-hour on-call schedule.
• Adhere strictly to company QHSE policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Receive daily per diem.
• Furnished lodging during field work.
• Company-provided personal protective equipment (PPE) and uniform.
• A vehicle or allowance provided by the company.

Qualifications

• At least one year of industry experience.
• Valid driver's license.
