About the role
The Field Service Supervisor leads our talented team of Field Service Technicians in getting our customers back to work. You will manage the day-to-day Field Service Department operations, communicate with customers, and lead the service staff. Additionally, you will take part in the development and training of field technicians and be involved in process reviews to ensure an efficient and effective service department.

Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Prior industry knowledge of the products sold and serviced
- Technical background related to the products
- Some supervisory experience

- Highly motivated with excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong customer interaction and organizational skills
- Advanced computer skills with an understanding of Caterpillar systems
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work effectively in a team
- Exceptional knowledge of construction equipment

Physical Requirements
Primary functions require sufficient physical ability and mobility to work in an office setting; to stand or sit for prolonged periods; to occasionally stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and twist; to lift, carry, push, and/or pull light to moderate amounts of weight; to operate office equipment requiring repetitive hand movement and fine coordination, including use of a computer keyboard; and to verbally communicate to exchange information. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet in office settings and moderate to loud in other situations, with both constant and sudden loud noises possible.
