Field Service Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Support Senior Service and Service Technicians in daily/weekly operations
• Cook up service technicians for timely site tasks
• Commission the Solbank Storage Power Block
• Conduct preventative and corrective maintenance on SPBs
• Ensure compliance with LTSA obligations for BESS equipment
• Provide onsite diagnostic support and troubleshooting
• Supervise subcontractors on site when necessary
• Develop standard operating procedures and documentation

Qualifications

• Educational background in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
• 5+ years of relevant service experience, ideally in renewable energy
• 1+ years in a supervisory or team leader role
• Familiarity with general and national codes, medium voltage systems, and energy storage applications
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong project management skills in fast-paced environments
• Experience with CMMS software is preferred

Pay

$115,000 – $135,000 annually
