Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of field service technicians to meet service level agreements and customer expectations.
- Manage scheduling and dispatching of field service personnel to optimize coverage and response times.
- Monitor field service performance metrics and implement improvements to enhance service quality and efficiency.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the field service team to resolve complex issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and continuous process improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

About the role
Reports directly to the Field Service Leader, based in Des Plaines, IL, working primarily in Milwaukee, WI on a Hybrid work schedule.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in field service supervision or a similar role with strong operational management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of field service processes, scheduling, and performance monitoring.
- Proficiency in using field service management software and tools to optimize technician deployment and track service metrics.
- Technical expertise relevant to building automation systems and service technologies.
- Ability to analyze data to identify trends and implement corrective actions to improve service delivery.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Experience in the building automation or related industries.
- Strong leadership and team development skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to service excellence.
- Ability to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
